The Montecito median sales price is up a whopping 97.5%. The Montecito median sales price is currently $5,630,000. Last year the Montecito median sales price was $2,850,000. The Montecito luxury real estate market has picked up dramatically. This is a result of this large disparity in median sales price year over year.
SANTA BARBARA LUXURY REAL ESTATE
The Santa Barbara luxury real estate market is on a tear! Statistics show the number of newly listed luxury homes in Santa Barbara is up 27.3%. Once again, this is the Holiday break from the market. The number of Santa Barbara luxury homes sold is up an incredible 350% over last year. So far there have been 9 luxury homes sold in Santa Barbara. Last year at this time there were only 2 luxury homes sold in Santa Barbara. The Santa Barbara luxury real estate market median sales price currently stands at $6,500,000. That is up 22.1% from last year when the Santa Barbara luxury real estate market median sales price was $5,325,000.
