A fixer in Carpinteria’s Shepard Mesa was listed at $1.399 million. It sold at $1.61 million. A 1940’s Spanish that was recently renovated was listed at $1.55 million. It sold at $1.6 million. A 1930’s home in tear down condition was listed at $1.05 million. It sold at $1.215 million.
In addition to these closed sales, there are sales pending that received multiple offers.
