That is up 13% from last April. The average sales price of single family homes was $1,945,516. That is up 36% from last year. The median sales price for condos was $704,500. That is up 13.4% from last year. The average price for condos was $772,112. That is up 1% from last year.
Year to date, single family sales are up 7%, condo sales are up 42%. Median sales price of single family homes is up 11%. Average sales price for single family homes is up 12,8%. Median sales price for condos is up 5.8%. Average sales price for condos is down 4.3%.
There are 5.12 months of supply on the market. Supply is increasing. It was 4.63 months in March, 4.16 months in February and 4.18 months in January.
There were 154 price reductions in April.
Average number of days on the market for single family homes is 68 days.
Average number of days on the market for condos is 65 days.
The majority of sales are below $3,000,000.
